Feedback:

This was my first experience dealing with real estate agents. All I can say is that my opinion of lawyers went up. At least they spent 7 years in school to act like entitled, self-important know-it-alls. I will avoid this company like the plague in all future, and I'd advise you to as well. Also - bring someone experienced in contract law. They WILL exploit any and all loopholes.

I Worked with the agent Jack Gregory. He was completely unprofessional and forgetful telling me , he would meet me at a listing and when I got there and called him, he told me it was scheduled for the next day when I clearly confirmed it for that day. He would call 2 and 3 times asking me the same questions I answered him originally during our 1st call.He and the landlord he worked with was very difficult trying to get me in to a longer lease than we discussed originally, we went from doing a 12 month lease to a 24 and he wanted to add an extra 6 months to that lease. Now I know it was a plot to get 2 or 3 months of commission for getting a tenant in to the apartment. He made looking for a place very difficult and unsuccessful. I could not work with him after that. I will never recommend him to anyone and would like people to know he is a terrible real estate agent, and beyond unprofessional . I would definitely complain to the Real Estate Commission if he has wronged you in any real estate transaction.

In response to the posting of Ashley Z and in defense of Mr. Gregory the 2 tenants were only upset for the property manager was doing his job in protecting the owner and the property. The home was fully inspected and never had mold issues it was just another excuse for skipping 2 months rent. I can tell you that Ms. Ashley Z and her husband left the property a total filthy mess and with bottles of booze both inside and outside the property. The tenants had also signed a 2 year lease and found new employment out of state and were making up unsubstantiated accusations to get out of the lease and to continue free loading off of the property owner. The issues and lack of communication was not an issue with Mr. Gregory but rather in the marriage of the tenants.

I never leave reviews for companies/service industries however the level of negligence that our property manager has shown is unfortunate and I would not want other families to encounter this. Jack Gregory has represented our landlord and thus became involved in our life which has led to numerous issues and lack of communication. If you envision your home as one that becomes unable to be lived in due to mold etc. because a property manager drops the ball time and time again then this agency is for you. Please reconsider before investing your time, money and family's health into Jack. Any "professional" who says to call repeatedly due to forgetting things should not be trusted.
