I'm not so impressed with this company. I needed help providing payments to a person who takes care of my son with special needs. There was so much back and forth and we didn't get those forms... just read the original emails! When I asked for a supervisors help they acted surprised! They told me I was all set to get my child set up with assistance so I did. They didnt call me until 2 weeks later when I submitted the first time card to tell me they had it wrong and and I had to have them resign. I am beyond frustrated and I would never reccomend this company. If you have special needs kids who need assistance- do yourself a favor and really research your options.

We use Leonard Consulting as our fiscal agent to pay for staff for our disabled daughter and we have always found the Leonards to be professional, accommodating, helpful and good at solving problems. They are the best ones we have ever used to help us and we have had their help for many years. All of the issues we have faced are not under their control, but they are always helpful as we work them out.

This company doesn't deserve a 1 rating.I'm still waiting to be paid by this company after 1 month of service to a disabled adult.They have never contacted me with an explanation. Disgraceful! Disturbing!Even more disturbing is this message I received from Melonie Curtis @ H.O.P.E services, the so called leasion for the disabled..."That post you made on Leonard Consulting web page will need to be removed immediately, if you choose not to remove it then you will be terminated. The State is fully aware of what transpired and they are not happy at all. You did not follow protocol.If you choose to cooperate then you will be allowed to continue working with ????You may not contact the Fiscal agent ever. How about that folks!I can't contact the company that writes my checks? The company that want pay me!INCREDIBLE!BY THE WAY MELONIE CURTIS "I QUIT"!!!I WILL EXCERCISE MY RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH DESPITE YOUR THREAT!If you don't want to hear a person's opinion... I have worked with them for about a month now. Their only concern is themselves. I have employed someone to help with my disabled kids. Gave the employee all her information pay dates time cards turned in everything that was needed. 31st of August was her first paycheck a month later from the day she started working and they gave me and then her the run-around on her paycheck. As someone that had an employee I feel like this company not only made me look bad as an employer and screwed my employee over.

Today is August 1st 2019 I was supposed to have had a check in my account yesterday (direct disposit) but like everyone else said, there is non. I talked to my employer about the matter so she said that she would speak with someone. After a while on the phone yesterday a lot of back and forth she got nowhere and said that I would have to call the company because Mrs. America needed to speak with directly. By now I have spoken to Amierica and Mrs. Hilary Leonard the COO of the company about my paycheck and Mrs. America didn't have a answer for me but just a runaround on the matter she said that "it was a nonbugget matter" I started my job on the 3rd of July and now a month later I have no paycheck so I asked to speak with someone higher and Mrs. Hilary got on the ph. She did not want to hear what I had to say....she dismissed my financial matter and provided to speak over me and hung up the phone saying that "she was busy and had other clients waiting for her and told me. This business should not be apart of human welfare they should not be licensed and they are not part of the Better Business Burear! To Leonard Consulting LLC "WE" the help are their money that they get paid On time through the state...but when it come to us "the workers" to get paid we are just a nonbugget matter!
