They will lie to you and say they are handling things with the IRS, have you sign off so they can make contact with them to settle a issues. I personally called them after almost a year of Leigh dealing with it to findout that this office never made contact with them. Don't worry Leigh 1hr on the phone and I got it taken care of myself. If you didnt have plans to deal with it in the first place you should have just said so. Instead I literally paid you extra money to handle it and it never did get taken care of by you or your office. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, along with my whole family. Thanks for taking my extra $100 beyond my normal tax bill.
