Client Review on Lee's Rescreen,Inc.

Feedback:

Spent almost $3,000 with rescreening and upgrading my lanai including new door hardware with Lee's Rescreen in late 2014. One of the door's brackets that they had replaced had to be modified then and last March broke. Started calling Lee and spoke multiple times with his wife, Janine. Informed me that Lee had it on his list today. I did buy a replacement bracket per Home Depot and spray painted and dropped off to their place of business in Osprey to make it easier to cut accurately in order to replace. Finally, in early June, Janine told me per phone that Lee was going to stop by and repair. Also told by her it would only take a couple of minutes and Lee would do it without charge." Lee never showed up!Called multiple times, thereafter and usually no answer, but occasionally when she did answer, there was always the excuse of family illnesses or Lee has been so busy. When I stopped by their place of business in early June, there was an eviction notice on the door, and they no longer have their establishment on S. Tamiami in Osprey. Have repeatedly in subsequent months tried to retrieve my bracket back, with no avail and had to purchase another. Last week, finally had someone else do the repair. Not sure they are still in business, but obviously have major issues! Certainly not reliable or honest.
