Client Review on Ledgers (Barrie)

Feedback:

This is the most unprofessional accounting service that I have ever encountered. Our non-profit business was using the Medicine Hat branch, which decided to close down and abandon shop over night without notice to anyone! I was contacted by this branch, which was full of promises and solutions, none of which were ever followed through on, nor were any of my follow up calls or e-mails returned (nor were any of my original documents from the last 2 years!). When you can be so negligent with something as important as bookkeeping and accounting, what sort of business ethics do you really have?
