If you are looking for a good place for sr22 insurance this place is not good!I have made payments to this place for 4 years and have never been late on a payment . Long story short last year made my normal payment and one of the clerks there spelt my middle name wrong so my payment didn't go threw on there end .And of course I got pulled over and arrested and had to go to court over 6 times they where trying to give me 2 months of jail time on top of more fines I didn't think it was fair. So I called the owner Vickie banker and told her all I needed was a note from her saying that it was a mistake on there end so I didn't go to jail. But she told me it wasn't there fault and that she was not going to do that for me and she even laughed at me .I didn't know what to do and didn't wanna go to jail for something that was not my fault .I tried to leave them a review to get threw to them and all I got was threat calls from her son in law Gabriel mcneils and tried calling there office multiple times and the clerk there working was vickies daughter and she hung up on me and would not help me as well .I had a very bad experience at this place and would never want anybody else to go threw this .There are other places that take there job more professional this place will let you fall and not take responsibility and laugh at you !!!

Bad custimer service. I call to get changes done on my policy and they don't seem to want to help, they say it's my fault that for wanted to make changes, when I figured there their my agent and they should be to help. But I guess not. So many years with them and it seems like the good employees that use to help are gone. Going to cancel my service with them and going to find a agent that actually cares and pays attention to issues.
