I love working with Denise in the Missoula office. We had a very pleasant meeting and right away she placed me. It was just the right type of job with a great local company for just the right length of time. I am looking forward to more fun jobs. Denise really nailed it! I would recommend LC Staffing to anybody who wants to work and any employers looking for great short term staff!

I was let go from my last job. I put in an interview with LC Staffing. Let me tell you, these people got right back to me and schedualed an interview with me. My recruiter was Erin. This woman not only helped me get the job I wanted, but went above and beyond to get me the job i wanted. The staff at LC Staffing are very nice, and professional. The staff at LC Staffing didn't stop there when I got my job. Erin has called and checked up on me just to see how I was doing. They will help you with anything you need. I really encourage people to go through LC Staffing if they are looking for help in finding a job. Thank you Erin and the rest of the staff at LC Staffing.

Would not let me apply for jobs that I had qualifications for. Wouldn't let me change my resume and cater it to each job. Wouldn't accept my references because they were too old, even though they were within 5 years of working with them and my job history is about a job per year or 2 years (so 3 jobs in 5 years would be 3 solid references.) Refused to consider ADA accommodation that I need. Told me that disabled people don't deserve a job. Rude people. Got a job on my own. This place didn't even send my resume out to a job more than twice a month. Worst "employment" agency I have ever been to.

Two months ago I applied with this company following every instruction i was told repeatedly that they were busy from the holidays so I waited thankfully finding a job on my own this company has done but waste my time and I have gotten not a single interview

If I could give 1/16 of a star I would. Had to beg for them to get me an interview for a job I was way overqualified for. When I didn't get that job they offered to get me into another job which I was still overqualified for but that paid $4 less an hour. When I told them I couldn't work for that much I never received another job call period. Found my own job . No thanks to LC Staffing

I went to LC to find quick work in a pinch. Not only did they provide quick quality labor work for me within a week, but within 3 weeks, they found for me my next career job! Which is an extraordinary feat considering my degree field is considerably limited for vacancy’s at any given time of year. Additionally, when I was working a labor position, I was placed in a large job consisting of laborers representing other temp agency’s in Missoula. It was clear that by the end of the first scheduled 10 hour shift, that the quality and work ethic of workers representing LC far surpassed those representing other agency’s in town. I would highly recommend working with LC staffing. Denise and the other ladies working in Missoula defiantly work hard for you and generally care about your current situation. No matter what that might be. They are kind, caring, and are top notch when it comes to finding job placement.
