Very unprofessional firm with horrible customer service. I had an appointment with Greg and arrived ten minutes early. He was in a meeting with another client and after 25 minutes of waiting in the reception he told us that it would be a few more minutes and he will be with us shortly. Another half an hour later, we were still waiting. He did not even come out to let us know that we should reschedule or apologize to us. After waiting for over an hour, we got up and left. I understand when unexpected schedule changes occur or there is a scheduling conflict, I work in professional environment myself, but I would never let my client wait more than hour and would apologize and ask to reschedule. If this is an example of firm's customer service and scheduling organization, I can only imagine what kind of service they deliver.
