Overall Feedback:
I was contacted by a representative of Latitude via email regarding my resume and I was offered a IT job on the spot. Ryan was a very professional and charismatic with me and began to explain the job over a scheduled phone interview. I was asked by him to come in for a face to face interview with him to get the usual paperwork filled out and to get a better understanding of the job. He maintained his professional figure throughout the interview and this was 2 weeks before the job started. He got back to me in a timely manner saying I got the job and to report to work the next day. It has been 6 weeks and I am still working there. Friendly workers and managers always there to help and overall a good job experience.My only complaint was the company does not have a digital clock in clock out system to keep track of employees time. I was told to print out a time sheet, fill it out and submit my hours by the end of the week. In my case, Time sheet gets submitted every Friday evening since there is no weekend work. Other than that, I have had no issues with Latitude by far. For any new comers, Ask for Ryan as your recruiter. You won't regret it as he is always there to help via a phone call or email. If he is not available, he will get back to you ASAP.
