Where do i start?I'm assuming they really only work with people with a Latin backgroundSo initially I call to confirm that they have jobs that fit my background... when i get there at 10am and finish my paperwork... there's nothing available. For the weeks following I'm texting some number they provide for me to let them know im available. Everyday I'm on the phone at 8am and 3pm (told to call for when more jobs usually come in) and surprisingly no jobsBut i spoke to another employee who says there's been work since I've applied.. but i still haven't worked... i have tons of experienceThey even post on CL and still when you call... still there's no jobs available. This agency is a joke!

They tell you they have jobs available, then you call they NEVER have anything available. And the one time they did, it was at a waste company sorting thru waste (garbage) for $9!!! I don't want any diseases or getting sick for no amount of money let alone $9!!!!

I love working with this staffing agency! They are great and their staffs are always providing me with jobs! they answer their phone calls politely and they always solve any issue i have!! Honestly i would recommend them to anybody. They treat their customers amazing, i have witnessed it! I have been with them for 2 yrs and anytime i need a job Latin Labor is the first and only place i got to!! If you have a bad day the staffs at Latin labor will make your day! They work with you and your availability. They have jobs on the busline and they let you know every single detail you need to know about the job. as you can tell I am very SATISFIED with this staffing agency! Race is not an issue with them. If they send you out to a job and you dont go Then that is YOUR FAULT, Not theirs. Honestly i have seen alot of African Americans working with them as well as alot of my friends with them too. Some people just dont want to work because of laziness!! I have witnessed it... They also have an available list you can sign your name to, and they will call you for a position. Alot of people quit for no reason i have seen and of coarse that looks bad on your side because they are trying to satisfy their clients and their employees! This is a Temporary to hire company. If you work well with them they will work well with you.. Backgrounds take 24 to 48 hrs to come back. As soon as they receive your background then they will offer any positions to you.Like i said i am VERY SATISFIED!! Some people are really rude and if you are rude with them then you will be rude to the job they gave you.. Think about it.! They interview you for the job that they are going to send you to. No manager wants a rude person working for them. I have been a manager before so i know.

They call my son with a job offer ,gave him the time and date to be at job site...however they was doing a background check that nearly took 24 hours ...because he out state ..we just move here however we waiting on background to check come back ..he called today ..the job was giving to someone else and they are very picky and discriminate and they only give jobs to Latin background...they sucks...please don't waste your time...they undercover racist...

Yes..this is the same Latin staffing on Cleveland Ave now.This company does show favoritism to their own. I think they should be investigated. You will see for yourself. They advertise on craigslist. .work available. Not true- work is limited and if you land a full-time assignment-you are one of the few if you are African American. Then, you are lucky if it lasts...Expose this company...everyone please start doing a review on your experience with Latin Staffing.
