Feedback:

I had a terrible experience with them after graduating college. They are very rude. I am surprised they are still around.

Feedback:

To follow my previous review. I interviews with them in the beginning of the year and that’s it. This yeah I received 14 calls for them asking to come in for an interview but once I informed them that I already did I get the same speech “ oh, well we will keep your resume on file and reach out if we have anything”. That’s it. After contacting my recruiter she wanted to speak with me but for 2 weeks we kept scheduled calls and then nothing. I call her, leave a voicemail and send an email to see if we are still having our meeting and the only response I get is “ yes I’m available until 4” but I called again and nothing. Just stay away. It’s not work your time or energy. Just trying to reach someone is a full time job with them

Feedback:

I have interviewed with the agency itself a few times but have never successfully been placed anywhere. I am not sure taking their card is helpful, either since emailing them in follow-up is of no effect. Quite the fruitless attempt to find work.

Feedback:

Block their number if they ever call you about an internal or external opportunity. They will walk you through a marathon interview process. If you do not receive the position, you will not be contacted because it doesn’t count towards their quota. This company, especially the superiors, only cares about meeting numbers and not about people like they try to claim.

Feedback:

Very rude! They never call when they say they will... the representatives try to talk down to you!! I’ve been waiting for a rep to callback it’s been over a month !!

Feedback:

I'm not gonna lie, when I first started working with LaSalle Network I was a little skeptical because of the negative reviews. I was called about an HR position they were hiring on a few months ago and I went into their office but nothing came of it. However, about a few weeks ago Abbey Toureene remembered me and my experience and called me about a job they thought I would be great for. I was pleasantly surprised that they had remembered me and were reaching out. I started working with Abbey and refreshed her mind on my experience and next thing you know it she's setting up a phone interview for me and consistently following up to make sure I was well prepared and didn't miss a step. This was great, we then waiting to hear from the client on a possible face to face interview however at the same time Abbey was about to go out of town. Honestly, I thought I was doomed at that point and that I wouldn't hear anything back about a face to face or that something would fall through the cracks and affect my opportunity. I started to accept that I might not hear back from Abbey or someone else; however, to my surprise Abbey was very transparent about who would be taking over and who I could call in the event that I needed something. Grace Flickinger, the team's lead, reached out to me after my last communication with Abbey to introduce herself and provide updates on my face to face. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from her and started feeling more confident about these interviews. I end up meeting Grace since I had to stop by their office to drop off copies of my IDs. She answered any questions I had. Later that day Grace provided concrete details on my Face to Face interview and set up a pre-interview prep call for the day of. The day of my face to face interview, Grace called me at the time we set our called for and provided pointers and answered any questions I had. I went off to my interview that day and gave Grace an update after my interview. Within 2 hours of my update to Grace, she was calling me back to extend an offer. I was elated and pleasantly shocked that there was such a swift turn around time. The best thing of all this? Is that I hadn't been in the workforce for over a year and a half because I had to focus on family. LaSalle Network didn't judge me based on my career gap but instead worked with me on getting me back on track. They were very understanding and helpful with getting me back on my feet. I usually don't post reviews whether good or bad; but for this instance I couldn't help but want to share my very positive experience. Thank you so much LaSalle Network! P.S. And a big shout out to Abbey Toureene and Grace Flickinger; keep up the great work! ...Abbey, I wasn't aware til very recent that this is barely the start of your career but I must say that with my many years of experience I thought you were a follow veteran in the workforce. Kudos for starting your career on the right foot by being a very dedicated and determined employee and taking your career serious. Much appreciated.

Feedback:

Worst agency in Chicago. Don't waste your time or money going to interview with them. All they do is get people to sign up and promise them a job only to never be heard from again. I seriously think this is a scam involving the federal government and quotas.

Feedback:

They were not helpful to me in the job search process. They led me to believe they had all these opportunities for me, but never placed me in a job. I was open to all kinds of jobs and then passed around the office their office, getting calls from all kinds of people. All of whom said they were confident they could get me a position and then proceeded to do nothing to help me. It was very disappointing and a total waste of my time.

Feedback:

The customer service here is horrible. I have since graduated college and no longer need to work for them. However, I worked for them 1 year and was laid off. I began receiving unemployment benefits from them for about 6 weeks. I then received my degree and was employed full time in my field of study. To my surprise I received a letter from LaSalle Network disputing my unemployment benefits. I then had a phone trial with them and won. The employee from the unemployment office was appalled that they would even dispute the benefits because I didn't even collect for as long as I could have. Thankfully, I won the case. However, I feel bad for people who don't want the conflict and agree to fork over money they don't have to a predatory company like LaSalle. I made a call to receive an old W2 and was hung up on twice. They are terrible, if you don't make them money, they're rude and when you do. They ask for it back. Beware!!!!

Feedback:

I received a call regarding opportunities from LaSalle Network and I had an opportunity to work with a wonderful PM, Nick K. Nick has been diligent and responsive in keeping me informed throughout the entire process with professionalism and met all my requests. Great job, Nick!
