I just had the most terrible experience yesterday. I recommend people please take their business elsewhere. I went in with my 24 year old son to help with his pre-approval for his first home loan. The lady that we met with was rude, insensitive (my son is legally blind), and completely dismissive of us. She refused to help us, started creating barriers to processing the pre-approval and completely unprofessional and rude. I addressed these concerns with the manager directly today. I feel they treated us this way because of how we looked (our ethnicity) and/or because of my son's special needs. My son has an excellent credit score and is an IT Specialist. We left Landmark, went to Chase bank, and had his pre-approval within a half hour, with the same exact paperwork that Landmark needed me to fill out.
