My wife and I are in the process of purchasing 6 acres on Payne Lake from Land First Inc, and our experience so far has been above and beyond great! We've been dealing with George, who has great knowledge about all that we needed to know about the property, process, good building options, local area, and every detail down to the different tree species on the different lots. We must say that even though George, Chris and everyone have been so wonderful and professional, the beauty of the property sells itself and is really beyond words, from the granite cliffs and outcroppings, to the trees, water views and wildlife. If you are really seriously looking for a peaceful wooded waterfront property with some private quality homes going up, you really should check out Land First Inc.'s properties- you wont be disappointed!
