BIG FAT ZERO I HAD TO PUT ONE STAR JUST TO LEAVE A COMMENT PRETTY PATHETIC THAT I HAD TO DO THAT YOU GET ZERO STARS. Very disappointed. I feel like my husband was very poorly represented. We sent you all the medical records and pretty much did all the work ourselves all you had to pretty much do was show up at the hearing and you sir did not fight for my husbands disability. I don't know how you and your wife can sleep at night knowing how you treated us and our case. Your wife the secretary would not even let us speak to you. She would get us on the phone and lecture us about who we need to be electing into office. We did not hire you to talk to her sir we hired you to talk to you. You did a piss poor job at representing my husband. I hope everyone reads this because you sir cost my husband that is not able to work his disability with FAILURE TO REPRESENT MY HUSBAND. My husband hired you almost 3 years ago he has not been able to work and all we ever got was put on the back burner. You managed to lose everything he has worked do hard for now that his credits have run out and the Judge made his decision not to award his disability. My husband has COPD with the lung compasity of 50% proven fact through medical records. He also has a paralyzed diaphram in his right lung which means one lung is not functional he does breathing treatments and has to do brio puffer everyday all day throughout the day. He also has a pin in his right hip the size of a rail road spike and from that he has a rod that runs from his right hip all the way to his right knee which is held in by pins and screws. He has on his left foot a 0late in his left ankle and a screw in the talos of his foot holding it in on the left side. He has swelling in his leg and foot everyday and he props it with an ice bag several times a day to try and help the swelling. He needs surgery on it again but Thanks to you that will be impossible. Oh and lets not forget my husband has had 2 open heart surgeries too. He has adema and has had his Paracardium removed so he has major heart problems to he also has high blood pressure which they have a hard time keeping down. He also has high cholesterol which he takes meds for all of this and has had to for years. He also has been on medications his whole life for severe depression and that is you know how serious that is or you should you saw his medical records you just didn't care. He also has to walk with a Cain but I'm sure you can sleep peacful at night for we all know that you have so many cases you don't really have to fight for anyone because you have so many one out of a few is nothing to you. Well Mr. Stuart I will say this if my husband dies from any of his complications I WILL make sure everyone and there mother knows how well you represented him. You should be ashamed for taking my husband for a 3 year ride only to lose all that he worked so hard for. I Pray Pray that NO ONE HIRES YOU EVER I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW EVERYONE THIS WAS A TOTAL INJUSTICE TO MY HUSBAND I HOPE YOU AND YOUR WIFE YOUR SECRETARY DOES NOT DO ANY ONE ELSE THE WAY YOU DID US. I JUST DO NOT KNIW HOW YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT. THANKS FOR THE LOUSY REPRESENTATION.Oh and one more thing you would not even talk to us on the phone when we called you you put your Looney wife on the phone to harras us about voting people out of office to me that should be a NO NO. GET A REAL SECRETARY OUT OF 3 YEARS YOU ONLY TALKED TO US A TOTAL OF ABOUT 5 TIMES AND WE HAD TO BEG THEN. From his wife that is very concerned Thanks for the loss.Stephanie Herrin.
