I had to make a anonymous account because I am currently still working for them until I can get in full time somewhere & I feel the women working in there will try to retaliate especially after someone spills some truth. First off unprofessional never heard of someone shutting all the lights off & locking the doors during business hours for almost two hours then when you finally get ahold of them after showing up twice & calling a million times to be put on hold & laughed at they said they were having a meeting? Yeah they just leave to do whatever they want. You will not get a pay stub while working here, you can't keep up with what the government is taking out & what I believe I'm assuming the money laundering women in there are taking from you. Checks are never consistent & never right & thats if they even pay you. Good luck getting paid on time sometimes there may be a 2-4 day wait on getting them to pay you, if I don't get paid I don't see how they are getting paid on time being their pay is based off a few dollars you take from your employee to compensate for you finding them the job. Work 40+ hours a week & I don't get paid, but you still got the commission? They like to under estimate the people that they hire because the majority do have a criminal back ground not realizing we are finally catching on. This post isn't just for me it's for everyone else trying to get their life back on track being employed by them, not getting paid, them not putting the money you deserve on your check, the bills being late because they can't pay their employees. Working for road crew 40+ hours a week making $10 a hour finally getting a small raise that I deserved & then them just "forgetting" & keeping it from me. Hopefully the cooperate office will maybe see this & teach them how to run a business & keep employees, you can't keep employees if you aren't paying them simple as that. You just don't forget to pay someone so where's the extra money I deserve on my check going? Because I know me getting paid more means you are making more off of me did it get lost? Are you forgetting what you really make & over paying yourself taking from your employees & making us suffer. They don't care that some of us are living to paycheck to paycheck trying to do the right thing in life trying to right our wrongs & then have to stress about if they're even going to get paid, when are we going to get paid, & most of all expecting that check to make ends meet for bills that are already late & still needing to get groceries for your children for them not to pay you 3 days after you are suppose to receive your check because either they forgot or they didn't have time to pay you. Pathetic work ethic. It's not the business itself, great concept, especially for people like me, but the labor maxx staff in the Harrisonburg va location have a extremely poor work ethic. I literally just want to be paid on time with the right amount of money every time & not constantly have someone forgetting or not having time to get my hours in & pay me RIGHT.

Not helpful. When I have a confirmed appointment to show up for an interview, and they tell me they have no record of it, I question their ability to follow through? Tell me they have my resume, but have no idea what kind of work experience I have? Tellthem I'm hard of hearing and prefer text or email for efficient communication....calls me and tells me I need to call them back???No cooperation from LaborMax.Clueless.

Do not work at this location u'll work somewhere than they won't pay I worked for them there trying to say I didn't when I have proof and the manager was very rude and hateful so guess I'll be calling labor board

Very good people. Willing to go the distance and stand by their workers. Unbelievably helpful to those who may be disenfranchised for whatever reason. Easy application process and usually you can go pretty much straight to work. They even provide transportation in some cases. If you need a job like yesterday this is the place to go.
