From an employer's point of view, Labor Finders, and particularly Erica, has provided top-notch service when we needed someone to fill in immediately. We originally contacted them to look into a temp to hire situation and received a call within minutes. Erica explained our options and provided all of the information we needed. She sent us resumes very quickly. We ended up not needing their services at the time but decided to give them a try with temporary labor when we had a few sick employees and needed to cover their routes. Erica again responded immediately, even though it was almost 5 pm, and found us someone for the next day.We have since used their services a few times and each employee they placed with us showed up prepared and on time and our regular employees were impressed with their experience and attitudes. We will definitely continue to use their services when needed and when we need to find a new full time employee, as their guys have been great so far!If you are in need of temporary help or a full time employee, we would definitely recommend Labor Finders.
