Feedback:

Incredibly rude front desk staff. Made me feel like a heathen walking in there. I'm a registered nurse, so this is mandatory for me.... trust me, I don't wanna drive an hour to piss in a cup

Really great, I only had to wait 30 minutes before they saw me (which is pretty good considering that I was a walk-in). I had a fear of needles, but the phlebotomist was very kind and made getting my blood drawn easy.

Easy, quick, pleasant experience! I did make an appointment and used the scan code to check in. Made getting back to get routine blood work done go quickly and smoothly. If I ever need to get any labs done again will be coming back to this location.

I had a great time at Labcorp. Drug testing is never fun but the staff made me feel comfortable. For future reference don't bring your children to your drug test!

I am a hard stick and I am happy to say that of several times I've been here I have only been stuck twice once so since the emergency room has stuck me 17 times in one visit and they've gone to my foot and to my neck I definitely like this particular LabCorp.

Failed to communicate the results of lab testing with my doctor in a timely manner. One cannot talk to local personnel. NO OPTION FOR THIS IN THE AUTOMATED ANSWERING SYSTEM!! THE SYSTEM REFERS CALLERS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. The National Customer Service Rep simply instructed me to call the same local number which had directed me to her.When I told her that the local number provides NO OPTIONS for talking to ANY local LABCORP employee, she made no effort to intervene to assure that my lab reports actually were sent to my doctor. She instructed me to talk to my doctor (who had already tried and failed to be able to get my lab reports from this company.).Any way to treat a medical patient seeking essential care?

The phlebotamist that drew my blood was so sweet and kind. Thank goodness they are open till 5PM since we all work.

I went here for labs because I am having the most ecruciating physical pain of my life. And the lab tech decided to flirt with me. How completely unprofessional!!! God sexually harrass your coworkers moron!!! I am a patient in pain who deserves the utmost professionalism.

Very rude and vindictive. Been going there for years to have blood drawn with little or no problem. Went in to have blood drawn this week and was treated terribly. She also told us to never go back to that office again! Unprofessional! I,v called twice to complain, yet no return call. Unprofessional! My 61 year old wife came out crying saying she was kicked out. I went in to see what happen and spoke soft and kind to Alexis, new person in office. She spoke poorly oF my wife and was very arrogant. I returned the next day, simply to ask her name. She informed me she had already contacted her supervisor and we were not allowed in office again. WHAT!!!! Still no call?

I have been sitting here since 8 this morning and still haven’t been called up to be checked in. She is the only one here, if there is a scheduling issue, than the boss of the clinic needs to either come in our get somebody in her immediately. Waste of my Saturday morning.
