Badly run location. No manager present. Water dispenser was out of order -- water is important in a hot climate, when drawing blood and doing urine tests. The computers were down, and the staff was confused and disorganized. The phlebotomist appeared to be either sleep-deprived or stoned. She fumbled with the empty vials and then dropped one on the floor. Fortunately for me, I had the good sense to walk out, and go to a different location.

The lady at the front desk had a very bad attitude, not just towards me but to other elderly people as well. She didn't care about checking people in as quick as normal. Then when it came down to doing my son's labs she was nowhere near experienced with children and poked him several times. Note that my son's has been in and out of a hospital his whole life and not one person has ever had an issue drawing his labs. She was very rude to me when trying to understand his studies that have to be done. I will not be going back to this location in Rancho Mirage off of Bob Hope. I've never seen my son more traumatize getting his labs done and anytime before.

Had 10 am appointment. Waiting area filled. Was taken on time. Front desk lady was very friendly (I didn't get her name). Phlebotomist (Veronica) very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. Thank you! Only concern would by location signage. Suite 111 was difficult to locate in back of complex off Bob Hope Drive.

The front lady is nice and very helpful. There was an older gentleman (African American)in the front office as well who was also very nice. This older older lady who works there too was being so rude to the gentlemen and she even told him to shut up in front of 4 patients that were waiting in line to get checked in. The older lady told the guy to go to the back and she began asking him what is his problem and if he has an issues and the guy said he didn't have an issue but she should tell him to shut up in front of patients and she said stated that she can do what she wants. I think that it was so uncalled, disrespectful and unprofessional for her to talk to people in that matter.

This LabCorp office located at 35400 Bob Hope Dr. #111, Rancho Mirage, Ca. 92270 is outstanding in every aspect of their operation. I have had Lab work done here on several occasions. I always schedule my appointments online and have never had a problem.
