I came in at 12:33 my appointment was at 12:45 I came early signed in she told me to wait it’s now 1:16 the people who even came after me already went before me all I need to do is pee in a cup that’s it and I had a appointment this is ridiculous

I had to have an employee wellness appointment for my health insurance so I decided to use LabCorp since it was convenient to my job. Never again. While the nurse/technician that saw me in the back was super nice/professional (amazing at drawing blood) and I don't blame her for anything, none of their equipment was working properly. It said my blood pressure was 155/91. I have never once had blood pressure over 120s/80s in my life and I was at the doctors office less than a week ago with blood pressure less well below their readings. I don't work and active job, and then both days and wait times were very comparable between appointments so the reading should not have been super different. I tried to voice concerns about their equipment but I was dismissed. I come to find out that every person from my work that used this particular facility off west wheeler pkwy all had the same problem and all were given readings of extremely high and out of the ordinary high blood pressure for them. This place is cheap and their equipment doesn't not work so I would not recommend it. This affects my insurance premiums and everything.

Worst experience I made an online appointment for my test and my blood test required fasting yet they actually took people as per walkin. I dont understand why would you hv online appointments slot open if ur going to give preference to walk in first. I had to wait for 1 hr 30 min before they took me in, I had not eaten since previous night and wait in line after having an appointment. It's the worst experience ever

I made an appt and was a few minutes behind. They never mentioned me being late. Elizabeth took me back right away. She was very kind and personable. She easily drew my blood and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I was expecting the worst with all of the poor reviews but was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times had a wonderful experience. Easy online scheduling, quick check in, up-front staff is friendly, got back quickly and the blood draws both times were painless.

I've never seen a more mismanaged workplace. Don't waste your time making appointments. I've never been seen even close to my appointments.. It's a shame my insurance contracts with this inept bunch.

I walked in today Monday July 22 around 9:20 am signed in and waited less than 10 mins. Took about 5 mins to draw blood and then I was out. Very professional and speedy

I had to deal with them to get paternity testing done for my twins and the whole experience was TERRIBLE. i tried to schedule an appointment online prior to our visit + was told when we got there that they do not honor appointments + to just have a seat with the 25 other people that had been waiting for hours to be seen. The woman at the check in desk was extremely rude when responding to anything that I asked. There's too much going on with not enough staff to accomplish it + the stress obviously gets taken out on the clients. They messed up the first test, so we were going to have to go back for a 2nd test + I begged my DCSS case manager to have it done at their office instead. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because 0 stars was not an option.

I was seen at this location on 6/18 to get lab work drawn for an upcoming procedure in a few weeks. I arrived 10 min after they opened at 7:30 and wind up having to leave a little after 9am for a VA appt at 9:30. I returned a few hours later and to my surprise they took me right in. Here’s why I gave them 1 star: I myself am a nurse and I have great vein access. Never had an issue with a venipunture but the employee that did my labs was HORRIBLE starting with her attitude. She never greeted me other than to tell me to have a seat, and that didn’t even bother me. She put the tourniquet on asked me to pump and hold which I did and there’s the stick. Never put on a single glove! Vacutainer is in and she moves the small tray with the tubes in it to rest on the bench in front of me by my arm and I grasp it with my free hand, afraid that it may fall. “I got it!” She says in an aggressive tone, repositioning the tray and pulling it from my hand. First tube in and she pulls it out once it’s filled then she puts an unbearable amount of pressure on the vacutainer! OUCH? Second tube in and I guess she decides the blood isn’t coming fast enough, so she pulls my skin taut horizontally not in the same direction as the vein or blood flow. I was never taught to do that when you have a needle in someone’s arm for fear of infiltration. When she was done, she covered it with a 2x2 and tape and before I could grasp my purse, she was yelling to inquire as to who her next victim was! Never said bye, fly or die! I grabbed my purse and ran outta that place! Well, I now have a drug abusers bruise to my right AC and this painful lump in my arm (hematoma maybe?) and hopefully I can use that vein in the future if in the event I need it. Facility was clean, great and receptionist was welcoming but that employee, not so much. I’ve drawn a lot of blood, and started access for an IV and never have I used such unnecessary tactics or seen such in my experience as a nurse. She gets an F from me.

I did the Express checkout and sat down. I watched 5 people who arrived after me get seen first. What's the point of Express if the individual isn't put into que with everyone else???
