Terrible customer service. Made an appointment and they took others in front of me. When they finally called me up they told me they don’t do drug screenings on Saturdays despite having watched as they took two others before me for drug screenings. But I guess it’s okay to cherry pick who they will offer these services to ‍♀️ The website showed them as the only location in my area that did not specify that drug testing was not done there so I drove 30 minutes. The website should be updated instead of blaming customers for coming in for these services. Finally, with much attitude they helped me while rushing me through the process. Definitely would NOT recommend. They really need to teach their employees a lesson in customer service skills.
