KPI care in Oldham or Chadderton is the worst employer in the North West. The owner(Sam) is arrogant and none educated. I was an employee, did a shift for the company and instead of paying me, they refused with a lot of excuses.I went to the office for explanation,payment and Samantha( owner) walked out and her solution was to get employees to call the police to get rid of me. Is that the best way to deal with employees and clients? The police never turned up as they have better things doing. My payment was overdue by three weeks.Any person wanting to even register with this company has to be careful. You will never be paid on time, office staff are unprofessional and owner is non educated. There are a lot of care agencies with better pay out there and treat Carers well. Dont be a fool to work for KPI. Thank you
