Too bad I have to give them one star after I've been going there for a long, long time. I called last week to ask if they could help me with my Outlook email. It got screwed up and I can't send or receive emails. I asked the girl who answered my call if they might be able to help me get Outlook back? I realize it's not a huge project for them and maybe too small of a job?? She said she would have one of the guys call me back. No one called. At least be nice enough to call and say you would not want to help me with my email problem. If it's too small a job, have the courtesy to call me and tell me especially since I've been a customer before. Very disappointed and don't worry, I won't bother coming back.
