I have recently had an AWFUL experience through Kiwi Oz Nannies, the way the staff responded to my situation was so unprofessional and honesly made me feel so much worse! My rating is more like -10!This agency only cares about the families they are finding a nanny for, (obviously because they are the ones who pay them!!) and do not hold the slightest disregard for the nannies that they recruit. I moved overseas from Australia to work as a live in nanny for a family in Central London. The agency clearly were not very thorough with what this family were looking for or if they even matched the criteria for a live in nanny as when I arrived to live with the family I was told that I would have a room which the mother needed access too and she also kept all of her clothes and work computer in. I was also to share the baby’s ensuite bathroom, which I could only access from 7:30-8am each day! This was completely different circumstances as to what was described on the job contract I accepted so I was incredibly shocked and upset.I spoke to the mother calmly about the circumstances and was verbally abused by this woman. I was so upset, so far from home and I had been treated like this. To make my situation even worse and more distressing the lady from Kiwi Oz Nannies dodged all of my calls that afternoon and only spoke to the family. When I finally got through to her the next morning she wasn’t very understanding and just asked if she could help me find another job. I then had to follow up with Kiwi Oz Nannies about my pay I was owed for the 2 days I worked for the family. I was ignored and constantly had to call and email to even get a response, I was then told that I would only be paid for 1 days work. I was already out thousands of pounds because of the costs associated with moving overseas and then the agency decided to do this? I was so shocked and disgusted by the way I was being treated. One of the staff even had the nerve to tell me that I was being demanding and that the family were being ‘very cooperative’.The family then decided that they did not want a live in nanny and would be better suited to a live out nanny. If only Kiwi Oz Nannies had put a little more effort in at the beginning they might have been able to save me from such an awful experience.TRULY DISGUSTED BY THIS COMPANY!

Not very happy with the consistency of service. I went through all interview processes asked and provided all references, however after a month or two all contact just dropped off and after multiple emails and phone calls and trying to get in touch to find a family, I gave up. Seems as if most other reviewers on here had a positive experience so I may have just slipped through the cracks during a busy period for them. Nonetheless, it was still extremely disappointing as I had really high hopes.

I was really impressed with KIWIOZ nannies, everyone I spoke to was really friendly. I dealt mainly with Sophie who was fantastic, she found me some great candidates and her communication skills were excellent. I will definitely use them again when I need a nanny. Thanks again so much.

If you are looking for a babysitter for a young baby I would recommend you look elsewhere. The person I dealt with seemed unable to understand what skills and experience are required to look after a young baby.I have used this agency twice. On the first occasion they did find someone suitable for me but only at the 11th hour and after I had complained to the management about the suitability of the candidates they were sending me. The second time I didn't listen to my instincts and trusted that, after all I had told them the first time, that they would have found me a good candidate. She turned out to lack experience skills and confidence needed to look after a 5mth old. They babysitter called me to come home from my event as my baby was screaming uncontrollably for 40mins! Management thought this was completely acceptable.So unless you are happy with your baby crying uncontrollably and "working themselves into a state" don't use this agency.

The entire process was stress free. KiwiOz also provide a lot of additional support from interview tips to daily rules. KiwiOz Nannies were fantastic in our search for a new nanny. Sophie in particular was incredibly patient, talked us through the process so we fully understand everything and made us feel very at ease. Sophie provided us with a great pool of candidates and really made sure that those she proposed could offer what we were looking for from a nanny to fit with our family. Although we didn't end up with a nanny through KiwiOz nannies I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service and will definitely use them again in the future!
