They hired an inexperienced supervisor For the department which is completely unfair to pay someone more then the workers who’ve been working there 5-20 years...they had plenty of people who understand how the department and the field works with each other and instead hired someone who was related to one of the “big wigs”...so my only qualifications to be a higher paying supervisor is to be related to one of the bosses. They make employees feel expendable and have no regards for employee moral.
