Its multiple times i called about a job and they would would tell me yes they have jobs available untill they ask for my name than turn around and tell me they dont have anything available than the next day someone i know turn around and get a job when they just told me they have nothing available its not easy getting a job here if your not latino!

Having worked in varied fields through my career, I have enjoyed the pleasure of working for many different companies including Service industry, Retail management, Helicopter manufacturing as well as 7 years in US Army. Working in business’s from Mom n Pop stores to major Fortune 500 companies as well as some major corporation with international reach and customers. Not to pat myself on back or promote myself I can honestly say KeyStaff Inc. is a very enjoyable company to work for and I’ll try to explain why. First of which is that most my fellow employees are honest, hard working, intelligent, individuals who try to make sure our /their customers (whether it be the company we are contracted to work for or the employees/member/guest of that company) needs and wants are seen as best to their ability. I have worked in a few retail jobs and wondered which hole in the ground some of my fellow worker just popped out of. Secondly the staff and management have never acted as through they don’t have time to see to each of my concerns about myself, or others, as far as I’ve heard, be it an issue of time/work/schedule or safety as well as with other personnel. I especially like the idea that I can work when I want, where I want, as long as the company has jobs and enough hours to keep the schedule balanced so we can all work as much as desired. If I do chose to work, dates/time/location, job title and uniform is always clearly stated (most times at least 48/72 hours, if not more, when customer makes arrangements ahead of time) as well as to who we are to report to. Very rarely, but on occasion, things change and the company and personnel usually adapt and are duly compensated as expected with either different shifts or locations, it is to be expected in the (food service) business where sometimes things are done on the fly and seat of their pants due to variables such as weather or not as many customers (or to many) as anticipated. Finally never have I been asked by any of our customers to do anything that is not expected when we arrived. I have never been treated as though I am a hired hand or beneath anybody that works for the hiring company we are contracted to work for. I have always been treated with respect and felt like we were appreciated by the company we were contracted to work for. Respect, Safety and Security are paramount in all venues worked.

Key staff has wonderful agents who helps you with all your needs. I was having issues with the application process due to a glitch in the system. Eyleen Gastell helped me so much with getting it handled. Im am thankful for the help. Now hopefully I can land a job this week!

Is such a great experience working for this Company they are very supportive with the Staff members and they always recognized your job and based on your performance they keep you on mind for future assignments. This Company is local which is an advantage to have a face for who you work with. Kelly Murillo is such a magnificence coordinator, not only support and back up the staff, she goes above and beyond to provide 5 services to their clients..I worked by other staffing agencies that are either out of State or remove from Tampa and they are very irresponsible keep transferring the business from one to another along with our personal information without notice that make it very risky for the staff and of course the coverage for the accounts is not professional due to the lack of presence. Bottom line. You want to enjoy this field, make extra money out of your regular job? Keys Staffing is the local place to work.

Kelly Murillo is a very helpful , informative, understanding , kind and patient person. Within a couple days of applying , she contacted me and ive been working with Key staff ever since . Though Kelly is rarely in the office, she does a thorough job in finding me work. Im a full time college student and she almost always works around my crazy school schedule. I wish I knew abut this agency sooner. Prior to working for keystaff , I used to work super long and exhausting hours at this bar but now my schedule is more flexible and I have some time to do my school work . This is a win win for me. Cristi in the front desk is super sweet. She gets you in and out in a matter of minutes. Jamie does an awesome job with payroll ...I never have to worry about being cheated out of my money. Thanks to every single one of you .
