From beginning to end, Key Resource Group was incredible to work with. I applied online and within a few short days was contacted by one of the staffing managers, Ann Cardena. The entire process was quick yet thorough as Ann got to know me and truly learned what I was looking for in a career. Ann was dedicated and very responsive to any questions I had along the way and would always make sure to wish me luck prior to each interview which I thought was a nice personal touch. Within one week she was able to set up two interviews for me and within two weeks I obtained a job. I truly feel that it was Ann’s commitment and hard work along with her excellent communication that made this experience so wonderful. I have happily been in my position for seven months now and am very pleased to have used Key Resource Group, I highly recommend this company.

I cant say enough good things about this place and Peggy Koch! I relocated back to WNY and applied for a job through KRG on Indeed. Within a day I was contacted by Peggy and we were able to meet two days later to discuss what I was looking for. She scheduled multiple interviews for me within hours of meeting that day and I was able to secure a job in less than a week of our first meeting. She gave me resume and interview guidance and also checked in with me frequently throughout the process. I’m so thankful for Peggy and her team :)
