Client Review on Key Services

Feedback:

Second weeks check they didn't have ready but wrote one out. This week I make it one minute late after driving all the way from Grand Rapids and being stuck in a forty minute traffic jam on the highway due to the left lane being closed and currently have to wait outside in 70+ degree weather with my one year old daughter because I'm not chancing it going back to Grand Rapids and try to make it back again. Literally 12:01 was my arrival time. One minute late. I know there's rules but really?
