Most unhelpful staff member I have ever met. Very unfriendly service. We have traveled the country and used many post shops for counter mail service but this one takes the cake, will not be going there again

You need to be skeptical of Google postings as they can be wildly out of date. This has not been a Take Note for at least 4 years. Just because Google puts something up, doesn't means it is either accurate or up to date. FYI the opening hours are 8.30 to 5 Mon to Fri and 9-1 Sat, closed every bank holiday.

Very disappointed that this website is not up to date after checking to see if Kerikeri Post Shop was open today and it showing online that it was to be open 9am to 5pm (public holiday) I then wasted a trip into town to send off a parcel only to find it not open. :(
