I called ahead to specify that they would do fingerprints for my medical license out of state. I was assured multiple times over the phone that they would do it because I know that not every servicer offers it. Get there for my appointment, and they tell me they can't do it, and that they are sorry because they don't always "control who answers the phone or what they say." Safe to say, I won't ever be going back.

Brenda at the front desk and my technician were super helpful and friendly! I was in and out quickly and able to come in same day which was rear. Because if my work hours and the time stamp on my fingerprinting, I needed to go somewhere quickly and I’m so happy I went with Kentech. They were the easiest part of my whole application process!
