On today I came across a "Customer Service Representative" position on indeed that was posted by Kennedy Services. So I went ahead and applied for it. I reached out to the recruiter about the "CSR" position I'm not going to mention her name but clearly she didn't want to submit me for this particular position that I applied for. Because I was submitted by another temp agency in Texas which submitted me for this position back in November 2016 but I didn't move forward because at that particular time the project was placed on hold. I've never heard such thing that you can't submit a candidate for a position because they was already submitted by another temp agency. It's been more than 60 days so I don't see why I couldn't be submitted for this position but I will be contacting the EEOC. I notice a lot of these temp agencies do not like to help people it's sad to say but it's the truth.
