The librarians here need to enforce quiet. There are people sitting here talking loudly on cellphones and adults carrying on conversations. The librarians need to step it up. If not for this, it would be a nice little convenient library.

Studying for my boards today I asked the head manager twice to address two different tables that were being obnoxiously loud next to me... *One girl on her phone and another a group of women. And I quote manager Eileen: " this is like a Starbucks, we ARE allowed to talk in a library..we don't have quiet rooms..." I laughed as I got my stuff and left. Is this manager professional and real?!. She should be fired! Last time I checked I was in a REAL LIBRARY to study for its silence and not social hour, much less it's unprofessional librarian. SO UNREAL!

The staff here is horrible the young girl that works in the front desk can’t stay quiet for a min and she is very loud. Also the people that come in are very loud and the staff does not say anything about it. Every time I come here is the same !!!!!!!!!!! Horrible horrible experience!!

this is probably my favorite library in miami dade county.the building is beautiful. it's very spacious inside and has lots of computers to work on and books to choose from. the self checkout is convenient and probably my favorite part. the employees are really nice, and the library is relatively quiet. i don't know why people expect it to be completely silent all the time when there are children there who are being tutored, but whatevs.overall, 10/10.
