Pam presented page after page and snatched them away the moment I could focus on them. Even after asking her multiple multiple times to PLEASE let me see, read and understand the important information that was being presented. The result of this encounter is that I have signed, against my better judgment the paperwork prepared by your office. I hope to god it’s in order because based on my treatment in your office I have no reason to expect anything. You are the 1st to EVER complain about her. Your return was prepared by one of my CPAs, also with many years of experience, with the documents you supplied us. I have reviewed copies of those documents in our file and the return is accurate with what you gave us from verification of your filing status on down through the return. Those documents you received from various institutions also go to the IRS for cross referencing a return with proper SSN, filing status and deductions. Wish you well in the future.
