My first experience gaining employment through a temp agency. I've found Rachel and Zoltan (CHCH) to be very professional in all of my dealings with them. Rachel is supportive, passionate and genuinely cares about her clients enjoying the roles they are in, as well as being proactive in suggesting upcoming roles that suit their skill set. Thanks, team!

Mucking up pay with new timesheet platform, not getting on to get straight away, just only got a reply after 3 emails and so many phone calls, delayed actions

This Australian agency reasontly fired me for having depression even though there wasn't one day i did not miss.I found working helped with my depression then once hearing about a close friend losing her baby,and seeing help through councilor and doctor,was fired for taking a prescribed medication.I do not know another agency that would stoop that low to push a person towards suicide after going from maintaining depression to making worse 10 fold.I have lost everything including close friendships to heading towards homelessness.Thanks Kelly's

I had a bad experience with the onsite consultant at Christchurch (Watties) She gave me unstable job. What worse is when i was working at the job she assigned me when there was no work she given me really short notice saying starting tommorow there's no work so i've been off work for couple of weeks without wages-very inconsiderate in my opinion. Also mocked up the holiday pay. Employment agency only care about money that they can get from temp employees!

As with other posts on this company terrible. Can't say service because there had been none. Rude male on the phone in Christchurch, advertising for positions still being advertised as if they are available, and said that they didn't want to take any details because they don't have an office where I lived. Waste of my time and money.

Compared to Graham Consulting, I found these guys to be really good. I had a very good experience dealing with them. I registered with them years ago and have found work since then. However, recently I needed a job and contacted them again. I think it was Carline that I spoke to, she was so professional, friendly and she took an interest in me as a person, not just another number to their database. I didnt have to meet with her (most agencies keep getting new consultants in and the new ones want to meet with candidates yet again, get them to fill in paper work that they had previously completed the first time round, even tho the last consultant met with them and interviewed them!). Its just a pain, waste of money and time!! With Kelly's I didnt have to do that again or fill in unnecessary paper work. The service was pain and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this agency.
