Our company uses them for payroll. We switched to them because Paychex wasn't good at record keeping or handling issues. This company has basically left us with the same problems. They continually make errors or fall thru on something they promised.

Major disappointment. Couldn't even keep employee time correctly. Told by the salesman they could handle the world, but weren't even capable of handling the most basic of payroll functions.

Initially I really liked this company. The last couple years however the service has declined and more recently, well ... Sadly, I think it's time to start looking for another company.

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. They absolutely suck. Our company has less than 40 employees and they constantly make mistakes including leaving employees off payroll and paying employees that don’t work for us anymore
