We hired our first accountant EVER for our 2011 taxes. Kari Mitchell Accounting made an error on our taxes and we were told that we owed more money because of said error. When Kari's office was contacted, we were told she was sorry about it and that it was our responsibility because we had been given a discount on our taxes. WHAT?!? We are not the type of people to pay a professional to do our taxes, have them done incorrectly for the first time ever and then have it thrown in our faces lightly. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I guess my first impression of having an accountant and a tanning salon in the same office was correct. STEER CLEAR of Kari Mitchell Accounting PC!!!!
