The lack of organization knowledge, customer service skills & common courtesy is lacking by members of the staff and is a great disappointment, considering the amount of money donors & the government give to pay their full-time salaries. I inquired with others familiar with the EDD Workforce training program, which I was initially there to learn about, & discovered the program is not worth pursuing. Was told it was a waste of time to attend meetings & apply because the process is extremely slow & cumbersome.The tall black guard doesn't pay attention & stares at clients as they work on the computers. Creepy.
