I can’t say enough about this agency and the people there. From start to finish they were with me the entire way. They answered questions immediately, were accessible and helpful over the phone, and held my hand through the entire process. In addition to this, they are all EXTREMELY friendly and genuinely care about your career needs and desires and helping you achieve those goals by putting you in touch with companies that are compatible with said goals. I have worked with recruiters before and it is usually a terrible and confusing experience but the staff at JR Berry are one of a kind! I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with J.R. Berry. The people that work there are extremely friendly and responsive. They listened to what I was looking for and really focused on the right fit and helped me find a job that really is a great fit. I feel like they go for quality over quantity, so they might not have a lot of opportunities at a time but once they find the right match it's perfect! I highly recommend J.R Berry and definitely work with them again.

Highly recommended! Extremely supportive and professional recruiting agency. I benefited from their experience, advice and tips to help obtain a full time position. They wasted no time sending me on multiple interviews at prestigious firms within the Westside, Century City, Downtown LA and Southbay areas. I greatly appreciated their constant effort and support.

Everyone was extremely nice and their feedback was extremely helpful. The only issue being I never heard back. Which I should have expected since interviewer asked for me to send my resume and said she’d give me her info then never did. I just wish someone had followed up and said they were not going to pursue anything with me instead of just not communicating. Perhaps the next person will have better luck.

They lack clear communication. If you do not fit what they want from an applicant then please go to someone else. They were lovely to me, but they honestly have such a niche when it comes to their services and what they offer. I gave them one star since honestly I wish I realized how useless they were to me. I felt like a number on their list of applicant (the type of list you show future employers of "here's a list of applicants, everyone is awful except this one person we only approve of"). I get that employment is a game, but I do need to be appear of their list or give them free range of my personal information. Honestly, do not bother with them and their "services" And I am not bitter. I have a job and for once I am organizing my life and I want others not to fall for their false perception of being a "Search group" when they do not really search for anyone. I got a job due to my hard work and not because of their services.

These ladies were great. They are thorough in their preparation in presenting candidates to companies. They held my hand through the entire process. I had access to them whenever I called or emailed and they communicated very well. Overall a very positive experience though I did not get hired through their efforts. I would highly recommend them.
