I have been to this office several years. Always professional and respectful. Going back this year. Evidently the person who left a negative comment about the cat odor issue is sensitive to cats or something because I have never had that issue there. I highly recommend Joyce Sparks and staff if you want personal, reasonable tax and accounting services.

I looked up Joyce Pike Sparks Ea Abe to obtain their phone number. I had used their services before but had taken care of my own tax preperations for the last several years. I noticed they had only 1 review on their page and of course I read it. Wow! Scathing. Luckily I had been there before and was not swayed by the words of one. Yes, there are cats. No, I was not besieged by them. I in fact had to seak out a bit of affection from them once I spotted them. Regarding my tax preperation. I will tell you their services were professional and you will have a hard time beating their price. I am beyond happy with my experience with them. I couldn't leave people thinking this is a bad company because of 1 bad review.

You better like cats. This place smells like a kitty litter box overpowered only by the strong smell of fragrances trying to bury the smell. On top of that you have cats jumping on your lap while you're sitting down in the waiting area. I counted at least 4 of them roaming around while i was there and by the time I left I was gasping for some fresh air. The only thing worse than that experience was the treatment I received by these people. Normally, I would let the whole cat thing go in exchange for good customer service, but apparently, they are not very keen in that department either. This lady Joyce cancelled our 2 week old appointment only minutes before I was about to get in my car and head over there. No consideration for the fact that I had to ask my boss to leave early that day and had to re-arrange my schedule in order for this meeting to take place. But to cancel only 30 minutes before our appointment was not professional at all. Fine. We rescheduled, no problem. After we finally did meet, I was told by Joyce to email her paperwork (last year's tax forms,etc..) that she needed in order to start my tax project. I delivered that to her the very next day.Little did I realize that I would never hear back from her ever again. NEVER.....EVER....AGAIN...No explanation, no return call backs- nothing. I called her and emailed her repeatedly for the following 5 weeks to find out what's going on and if she received my tax forms, etc.., always getting the run-around from her staff telling me she will definitely call me back, that she's out to lunch, etc.... Again, I NEVER heard from her again...NEVER.......SERIOUSLY...WHO DOES THAT? I honestly don't know how people like her stay in business. I would be dead broke, living on the streets should I take that approach with people looking to do business with me and my own company. I'd say find someone with better integrity, because this lady doesn't have any. (steps down from my soapbox)
