I love using the Journey system and interacting with the team. The system is easy to use and their staff is SO QUICK to respond to any questions or issues. I feel like I am their only client and I love it. Megan and Sarah are two of my reps and when I speak on the phone (or email) I feel like I am speaking to a friend and not a vendor.
