My business’s experience with Joseph Greenwald and Laake was great. At the beginning of the year, we were trying to adjust to the new Maryland Healthy Working Act. As a mid-sized business with more than 15 employees, we knew we’d have to make some changes to comply with the new regulations, but we weren’t sure how to go about making those changes. Joseph Greenwald and Laake used their company’s full resources to help us out, and my employees are very satisfied. Now we know exactly where we stand in reference to the new law and are able to effectively communicate the new workplace policies to our employees.
