Good advisors in tax and investments

Lets face it accountants are accountants. Most often it is a service we must have. We have been having our tax completed by these guys for over ten years. They offer a lot more in the financial services than just annual tax returns. They charge with a heavy hand however they do deliver on the service required.

It took them 2 months to do a simple tax return for us. I had to call every day to remind them about my return and all I was told was: it’s with our manager for signing. I made a complain to a manager. He couldn't care less about me as a customer and told me that I should be grateful I’m their customer. No apology for the delay. Very disappointing

I first came to Johnsons MME to get help with some personal tax issues which were beyond the capabilities of my original accountant. I am confident that the work that Rod Mullavey and Stephen Hogan subsequently did, I am now in the right spot to achieve my business and personal financial goals. Through this initial engagement, I had the confidence and trust to move my business as well as personal affairs to Johnsons MME. I know I am in good hands and know that they listen to and address my concerns promptly. I have since also engaged Andrew Chamberlain to assist with business strategy and planning. Andrew’s insight and encouragement has freed me up to work on my business and put in place strategies to take back control; getting the office processes and systems to hum along so I can have all the information I need to make the right decisions. My Johnsons MME advisors are easily accessible by phone or if I need to drop in. I could have gone to Melbourne, but I am glad I didn’t as I have all I need from a locally based full service accounting firm right here in Albury Wodonga.
