John has done my accounting since 2003. That has included a number of LLCs, as well as personal returns. John has offered highly responsive, personalized service - he has always been available to discuss any issues with me for the last 15 years. That has been essential, as we have addressed a number of complex issues - often while under time constraints. John is highly intelligent, informed, ethical, and diligent. My business partners and I have all been extremely happy with his services.

I echo several other comments on this thread. Our firm engaged John over 1 year ago to file back-taxes (no activity) for our US corporation. He has done literally NOTHING on our file since we engaged him. Whenever I follow up with him he promises to deliver next week. This has gone on for over one year. He has been totally unprofessional in his dealings with our firm. I regret that we engaged him. Be warned and stay away.

Previous reviews of John simply stringing you along, saying that he is doing the work, and not following through are completely factual. Every response is "Very busy, will get to it tonight." Strung along for literally years. I was actually told by an IRS agent to find another accountant, as they looked through my history and found that he never filed my taxes for previous years when he said that he did. Supposedly pro guy, never produced results. Went to H&R Block, they completed my taxes in an hour. I'd advise others to do the same.EDIT:Regarding the "Response from owner" - I'm glad John has started to take customer service seriously. See the picture I added to witness how he used to respond to customer problems. Of course he quickly deleted the comment after I suppose deciding it wasn't the best PR move. I have called and emailed John many times to address this issue. He does not care.

I'm an ex-pat and John helped me sort out a very difficult situation (difficult for me; not for John). He stayed on top of the problem, advising me via email and video conferencing until it was all sorted. Looking forward to working with John for years to come.
