Very poor experience. Had title transfer and a new plate done. It took all of 15 minutes of work, but he kept us there telling us random stories for OVER an hour about various troubles he's run into in the past.The place looks very dirty and outdated. For example, a knocked down Christmas tree in middle of September, a random ugly washing machine in the front area, many desks with papers all over the place looking completely unorganized. His dog was allowed to be let loose and jumped on us in the office area. It was incredibly unprofessional in every way.His "paper registration fee"(i.e. his cut) was over half the cost of a grand total of $258 for his 15 minutes of paper work and over an hour of talking nonsense.We called PennDOT the next day to make sure everything was legit because we were so troubled and put off by the experience. In the end it was all legit, but a terrible experience and very expensive to boot.

I paid $280 dollars for title transfer and plates and registration. The paper preparations fees was 135 dollars. Way to expensive.

I had to have papers notarized back in 2012. It is now two years after the fact and I lost my copy. John Pournaras couldn't promise he could find them after that long but took the time out of his day and searched anyways. He came thru for me in ten minutes, faxed them to me, called to confirm the fax went thru. I will be using this business for all future transactions and recommend to family and friends. Service was awesome and very friendly!!!! Thanks again John!
