UPDATED AVOID AVOIDThis man is not to be trusted, shows signs of desperation with his financials, completely invaded my privacy by randomly requesting my bank statements for all accounts including my credit union, he then sat me down went through them and there and then demanded I allow him take €500 from my account after he'd already been paid €650 in the short time we were doing business telling me I'd more cash flow than him and he needed it because he was stuck, he also had another customer down stairs in his office who he was also demanding money off at the same time, and then weeks later tried to bill me €1845 for a previous years accounts that I'd already paid another accountant to complete which he requested for an overview even though I have in writing his request for the money on account, and now refuses to refund me my €535 that I've over paid him as after four months I had to end his services as I don't trust a man that desperate who intimidates rants and raves at his customers in my experience and is generally rude to over see my accounts, I've requested and put a dead line on my paperwork been returned and my refund issued, if it's not met I've a solicitor ready to act and I will update this review, UPDATE march 2019John has refused to refund me my money or return my accounts which he is holding to ransom now demanding I remove this google review but I refuse to be bullied by this man and have decided to update this review and take the issue to court, I've spent €700 on solicitor fees to try resolve the matter along with further serious implications and costs from the Revenue commissioners and John continues to lie in his disputes despite his request for money on account been in writing with letters from my previous accountant stating he has been paid to complete the accounts which John claims his bill is for which are still not filed because John demanded he have them on file and as explained above is still holding them, also what's not in the original review was John set up a direct debit for €150 a month on my account with out my permission as he had full access for revenue payments enabling him to do so and as the customer at the time it wasn't an issue as he had to be paid, I have never received any vat invoice or receipt for my money paid despite numerous requests, John Fitzsimons is on this day not a member or registered to any regulatory body governing the professional standards and ethics of accountants so AVOID doing any business with this man is my recommendation from my extremely stressful and costly experience with his company,
