Feedback:

This place is absolutely worthless as an employment agency. Very rude. Never return calls or messages. After 6 mos. waiting for placement, waiting tables part-time, I gave up and tried other agencies. Highly unprofessional. Never returning phone calls or messages. I have absolutely no idea how they function and are able to remain a legitimate company. A sincerely humiliating experience.

When you walk into the Columbia branch you will always be greeted with a hello. They will do their ultimate best to help out. Mary Kate and all the staff are wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience. I walked in, the office was very busy, and filled out and application. Mary Kay interviewed me immediately, and I started a job two days later. Couldn't have been better!

I was seen late for my appointment even though I had shown up early. I was told about a position that fit my interests and never heard back from job finders. I tried calling to speak with the person handling me, Mary Kate, and was told she would call me back. Three phone calls later and she would not get in touch with me. I haven’t heard anything for weeks and I already found my own job. They are unprofessional and uncaring.

This is the worse staffing place I have ever encountered. They are rude and unorganized. I called for two months straight with no leads to a job or nothing. They then had me email a resume to which I was sent back a reply that said what you looking to do? I have no idea how they are even still in business. They should be closed down or all new employees bc I could find people jobs better then this place they don't even try! Sad

Great place! They helped me find my first job coming out of the military. Ask for Jolene; she is such a wonderful person. When I walk in, I am greeted and helped out promptly. 5/5 stars

I feel like I have to keep such a close eye on my pay that I should be getting extra pay for that. Worked for them five months and have seen co-workers have errors and my own paychecks have errors. I'm tired of babysitting they keep the errors I guess I'm buying their families Christmas presents. Missed some money last check. Their payroll person needs to be updated. They gave me a job I like so that's what one star is for. Now I'm stuck doing payroll job and my own. If you work her get the portal so you can see your paystubs, get ready to keep a accountant like eye on it, and get ready to call and explain. All I'm saying is why does this happen over and over.
