Feedback:

Job Prospects are no different to any other job active providers who are in it just for what they can put in their own pockets. They have no intention of finding any one a job as this would lead them to having no clients. The time that they put into harassing their clients would be better spent in doing what they are paid for, finding employment for the unemployed.Case26 year women on unemployment benefits and studying at university full time was directed by Centre link to register with them as a client. She had her own resume and found her own employment which was 2 days a week and University took up another 2 days but this wasn't good enough for Job prospects who constantly booked her in for interviews that coincided with University and when she didn't arrive for that appointment was notified by txt message at 4.55 pm on a Friday, that her payments had been cancelled. When her case manager was notified as to her study load she said that she would "keep that in mind" but never did and was constantly jumping through hoops to placate the job provider. This women suffers from anxiety and depression which was brought on from constant bullying at school for daring to have intelligence above the normal range. This was made clear to job Prospects who then had their in store counsellor having interviews and switching her to stream c,now in the course of her part time work ,her case manager decided to do a "walk by" as she believed that the women was fabricating her employment, but to her dismay (the case manager) found her to being truthful and another case manager requested her pay slips and when she had found another job in the metro area and required some help in relocating was denied emphatically as the case manager did not think that was a positive outcome for job prospects as they would not receive the accolades and demanded a letter from the Employer as to why this women was chosen over a metro based person and that she would be required to catch a taxi the 100 km to work in the metro are and back again and stifled all attempts to have Job prospects pay for any relocation costs which she was legally entitled to.Complaints were made to Centre link and the Job prospects manager who is 28 year old women with the life skills of a fly decided that this women after complaining was not entitled to any payments even though it is all covered in the charter and demoted her to stream A and when this women relocated and had to register with another Job Prospect provider was informed that she was "never" a client per say but was there on a "voluntary basis of her own accord", which is a complete fabrication and untrue and the treatment handed out by Job Prospects has led this women into a depressive spiral once again. So if this was the case that the client was voluntary 'then what authority did job prospects have in cancelling her payments.I find this action morally corrupt. The job provider's are all about mutual obligation from the client ,but are deficient in their obligations to the client and this is based on having served 18 months as a work site supervisor and seeing it first hand and after finding out that one of the J.A.P has share holders and glean a profit from the misery that they inflict left an even more sour note in my throat.Time that there was a judicial inquiry into the dealings of these job active providers and hold these providers accountable for their actions. My advice is to join the Australian Unemployed Workers Union and glean knowledge and support from them as they are the only ones that will have your back. This story will be shared via media streams and at the public rally in February in Adelaidethe rating one was so it could be postedrating for JP is - 50
