Client Review on Job Center

I've been sign up with Job Center for about 3 years now. I called 2 mins early every day at the time they open to get put on the available list. Still to this day I never got a call back for a job not once. But everyone I told or took to job Center to apply got a job from you guys. Including the people I live with. I don't seem to see what I'm doing wrong. Every time I call and ask why is this so. I get the same answer every time. It's a list, they live closer to the job. Now I now I may not be the first to call when they open every day, but I now I'm 1 out 5 most days. Most of the people I now got jobs threw y'all never call, but y'all stay calling them.
