Upset the counter guy I asked twice about something they should sell, not helpful.In response, to your rebuttal (corrective action) I ordered the “unicorn” from amazon, worked perfectly received next day. I wanted to use a locally owned company! But your counter guy just said no twice with try Home Depot/Lowe’s, wow I’m sure he could of stoped playing Fortnite and opened one of your suppliers catalogs. Your response is just what I expected from your company’s lack of customer service! Can’t wait to here what you have to say next!

I purchased a Do-It-Yourself Screen Room Kit from here and the process was so smooth. Cris asked me if I would like to send his guys out there to make sure my measurments were correct. Which made me receive the screen room of my dreams.

This place is a joke total waste of time doea.no good to call they will tell you anything. Once your there the guy behind the counter is more interested in eating. I suggest going elsewhere. I'm a local contractor and will not be back!!!!!

We order a DIY and ended up not getting all the right parts but it was fixed quickly and delivered the next day. I would recommend J & M!

I’m so happy with my Railing. Workmanship was excellent. The installers were great. I has a allaround great experiance with this company and I will use them again. If you need anything aluminum call or go visit this company.

Great Service. I dropped off a few screens to be re screened and had to have them make a few I could not save. They said it would be a week. They called me sooner than expected and everything fit perfect. I will reccomened them anytime and will be back again.

They maybe a great company especially if you are hiring them to do the job. However, our contractor has placed an order for our patio 3 days ago and It's still not ready.
