I was looking for a new job as I started to feel a bit miserable at my company. Working with Understanding recruitment has been an absolute pleasure. I was in contact with Toby and Nicola, they both did an outstanding job. Always available, super friendly and professional. I decided to apply for a job in a company that I thought was out of my scope, and today I am celebrating my 1 week anniversary at that exact company! I was provided with constant advice and support throughout the whole process. It is still a bit early, but safe to say that Understanding recruitment really helped me in exceeding my expectations and believing in my skills. I might have found my dream job thanks to them!I will definitely recommend.

He contacted me through LinkedIn and in almost no time at all I was being interviewed for roles that fit my criteria. James was always honest and was understanding of my situation and requirements. He understood exactly what I was looking for, in terms of technologies that I wanted to use, and really encouraged me at every stage of the interview process.
