Beautiful facility and friendly staff. I had a catering mishap (my fault) and Shannon behind the front desk was a God send in helping me!!!

We flew our plane in for refueling. So I told the person who came greet the plane to "fill it up" and then he said "with or without?". And I was like "with or without what?". It turned out he meant "with or without Prist". Was it so difficult to tag on the word "Prist"? What an a-hole!

Beautiful FBO. Very friendly staff but at the end of the day the absolute worst customer ever. The plane is never out and ready. Packages are consistently lost or misplaced. Employees blow off meetings with zero communication. So frustrating. I guess business is so good they don't need to fix anything.
